The United Church of Christ’s 50th anniversary celebration year began Sunday, November 5, with regional events designed around a live, national internet web streamed program. This web streaming event included:

-- Greetings from UCC leaders

-- Presentations by artists and performers

-- Stories of gratitude and hope from pastors and laypersons

-- Documentary footage portraying UCC heritage

-- A brief keynote address

-- An invitation to General Synod 26 in Hartford, Conn.

-- Information about upcoming events, programs and resources for the anniversary year

-- and much more!

Our Fox Valley Association event “kicked off” a year of rejoicing for the 50 years of UCC ministry and mission since the founding.  The party included pizza and birthday cake!  Check out the pictures below.  Click on a thumbnail to see a larger picture.
