The GFTL/Membership Ministry at First Congregational Church consists of
five phases:
- Evangelism and community outreach
- Welcoming visitors
- Getting visitors connected
- Identifying sponsors
- Integrating members into active discipleship & caring for members who are in need
This group is also responsible for facilitating Orientation Sessions and New Member Sundays.
