We need to fill the Naperville City Meeting Rooms A&B with our church members and friends this Thursday, December 4 at 7:00 p.m.! (400 S. Eagle St.).

Please come, wear green, and support our church’s application to landmark our 1906 building. Our Landmarking application will be reviewed by the Historical Preservation Commission (HPC: Historic Preservation Commission | The City of Naperville https://www.naperville.il.us/government/board-and-commissions/historic-preservation-commission/) during our 15-minute presentation. There will be time for questions from the HPC members and supporting comments from our congregation afterward.  It would be most helpful for members/friends to submit supportive comments before and/or give a sentence or two of supportive comments during the meeting. Both require a link to the HPC before the meeting.

Those unable to attend the meeting in person may submit a written comment or position statement through the boards and commissions online comment form. Submissions must be received at least 24 hours before the start of the meeting.

All written comments and names of those who submit position statements by the deadline will be shared with board members ahead of the meeting and posted to the City’s meeting management system on the City’s website on the day of the meeting. Written comments will not be read aloud during the meeting. Submissions received after the deadline will not be shared or posted.  Upon submission of the online registration form, please ensure you receive an on-screen confirmation message. If you do not receive an on-screen confirmation message or have other questions, please contact the Community Services Department by calling (630) 305-5300.

To share supportive comments during the meeting, please attend and follow the public comment SIGN UP process by 6:30 p.m. Just a couple of sentences on why you support landmarking our sanctuary, limit of 3 minutes…

Any individual who may require an accommodation to participate in the meeting should contact the Community Services Department by 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting by calling (630) 305-5300.
