On World Communion Day, Sunday October 5, we will be taking up a collection for the United Church of Christ’s Neighbors in Need during the worship service. This offering funds special grants for congregations and partners for projects addressing immediate needs as well as establishing innovative justice programs.Two-thirds of the offering supports ministries of justice at the National Ministries, while one-third supports the Council for American Indian Ministry.
